Online Card Payments

Visa, Master, RuPay, Maestro and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Ease Yatra, uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that Ease Yatra offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Ease Yatra 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

Ease Yatra charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

Internet Banking

If you have an account with any of the below mentioned banks, then you can pay for your order through the respective bank's net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. Ease processes payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transactions.

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with Ease, please call our Customer Care Representative on 9956241414. Ease Yatra Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement. Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me? Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Ease In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Ease Yatra Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?

You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")

A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.

Amendment and Cancellation policy

Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions. Cancellations notified directly to the accommodation or service provider will not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made on the website. The notice period is calculated from 12 noon on the day of arrival at the destination. For accommodation: Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each place of accommodation within a booking.


Amendments where either the number of rooms (irrespective of room type) or the number of nights decreases will be charged as below Customer name changes, where accepted by the accommodation provider, and reductions in child ages will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability. If the customer does not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which they are booked to arrive or they leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which they are booked to leave, they will only be entitled to receive any refund due calculated from the time when we receive notification. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after our receipt of notification. Refunds for unutilized nights or services are only on the discretion of the supplier. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Ease Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

REFUNDS will make a refund for those bookings which have been paid for in full provided those bookings are eligible for refund in accordance with the cancellation and amendment rules specified in clause 7.

For those bookings originally paid for by credit or debit card via this web site, any refund will automatically process to the original account, credit or debit card account that paid for the booking and no other methods of refund payment will be possible. If the commission has already been paid to your agency, the net amount will be refunded to the credit card. Any refund on unutilized nights or services will only be on the discretion of the supplier.

Refunds will take between 15 - 20 working days to be credited to the account, credit or debit card Bookings not settled by credit card or debit will be refunded using the same method as the payment.

  • Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted
  • If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period.
  • 30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted
  • From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of total cost will be deducted
  • From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted
  • From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted.
  • From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted.
  • Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted
  • In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted
